The Foundation's Environmental Fund began with a gift from past Moderator Mardi Tindal, whose emphasis during her term was to support new ways for The United Church of Canada as a denomination and as a people “to live with respect in Creation.” This fund supports programs and projects that are actively working towards leaving our environment in a better state than we found it.
