Human trafficking is rampant along India’s northeast border with Bangladesh. Violent traffickers force people, especially girls and young women, into sex trafficking or bonded domestic labour. Others become part of the market for harvested organs. Those who manage to escape often cannot return home. The Church of North India operates safe houses for children and youth who have been victims of human trafficking. Safe houses offer the loving care they need to reclaim their childhoods.
Your Gift of $50 provides education about the dangers of human trafficking.
Your Gift of $200 provides support for the operation of a safe house.
