Women entrepreneurs in northern Sri Lanka will be able to provide for their families and rebuild their communities in the wake of COVID-19 with microloans from the Ecumenical Church Loan Fund (ECLOF). Women from rural areas who have been traditionally excluded from business receive training and funds that support their new businesses in farming, crafts, and more. In a country ravaged by sectarian violence and the pandemic, the entrepreneurs in ECLOF’s training programs will be empowered to bond across ethnic and religious groups.
Your Gift of $10 will provide a woman with training to start and maintain a business of her own.
Your Gift of $75 will support seed grants for women entrepreneurs.
